By downloading or using Roasty ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Roasty is a productivity app that helps you manage your schedule, notes, and to-dos. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Accounts

You may sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Third-Party Services

Roasty integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Roasty are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms.

Disclaimer

Roasty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
